Walk & Talk - Up to 1.5 hours $300
For the do-it-yourself type seller.
Features a full walk-through from front curb to back yard, & every room & closet in between. Verbal, professional, staging recommendations, and a look at the home through the eyes of a buyer will educate, and ready, the seller to place their home on the market. Includes an informative booklet, with detailed market make-ready tips, closet organization tools, buyer psychology info, and a post-visit thank you email with visual Staging Strategies guide.
Walk & Talk with Written Report & Photo Drop - Up to 1.5 hours. $375
For the client who would like a more hands-on approach.
Features everything in the Walk & Talk service, plus a Staging Report detailing all recommendations, & a shared link to before photos used for staging planning and design purposes.
Pre-Staging Consultation/Property Preview with Written Report & Photo Drop - $375*
This service takes place prior to JBHI schedules an Occupied Home Staging. Sellers will receive checklists to prepare for the staging, in addition to all the services described above.
Occupied Home Staging - Starting at $400
Features hands-on attention to furnishings, art & accessories in the key impression areas: kitchen/ breakfast, dining room, family room, and master. For a more thorough staging, secondary areas such as game room, secondary bedrooms & bathrooms are incorporated.
Staging is priced out in time blocks, starting at 2 hours, and progressing to a full day.
Occupied Home Staging Rental Items - Prices Vary
For homes that have the furnishings, but are lacking in the touches that make an Occupied Home Staging successful. These items are available for rent on a 60-day basis, with a 30-day renewal. Packages are customized to each home with prices starting at $350 plus staging time.
